“Found the pruners clog up quite often and wonder if there is a practical way to clean out the groove. The oil sponge has fallen out even after turning it to a locked position. After a treasure hunt in the garden to find it, it has become very dirty and doubt I could use it”
“the rachet pin and nut - at first use - I can only assume the nut has worked itself 'undun' - we managed to find the pin but not the nut!!! I immediately made a complaint and a new replacement pruner is on its way out to us hopefully the nut is more secure than the previous - unfortunate but these things do happen - the follow up response has been swift and I can recommend that if nothing else yet !!!”
