“I recently ordered a number of items for home use and accidentally ordered two of these pruners. I contacted customer service to let them know and see if I could amend the order. The order had already been dispatched but the company refunded me anyway for the additional item and said not to worry about returning the extra item. I work for a charity that provides education and training for significantly disadvantaged young people. I will donate the additional pruners to a community garden project that our young people are working on and hoping to get back to after lockdown finishes.
