“I love them however they did not last long. The first pair had a lot of work but the pin securing the ratchet dropped out after three weeks and was lost. The second pair lasted about ten days, again with a lot of work, before the spring broke.”

We have actually changed the design of the pin, it is not a screw and lock nut therefore, a lot more secure. Regarding the spring, that is not something we generally have issues with therefore, super interesting to hear that.
