“Purchased these for my Mum, she is an avid gardener but being in her 80's she was struggling to use normal pruners. I am so pleased I did, she loves them and has found them very simple and easy to use. No effort required. Thank you so much for such a great product at a very reasonable price.”
“After reporting problem, Hoselink responded immediately with the advice they would send parts. This is great service as previously exhibited by Hoselink in supporting their products. I will fit parts when received and report.”
“After a few uses the circlip on the mechanism just fell off. Obviously the part was lost in the garden due to its small size. The missing circlip was not noticed as missing until I went to use the pruner again. Most disappointed with the product considering the price and the quality not expected.”
“We bought our Ratchet Pruners because of the performance of our Hose Reel, which is a superb piece of design and engineering. Likewise, the pruners are thoughtfully designed, making easy cuts through branches that normally require large pruners. When they are closed, The sharp tip on the blade is protected when they are closed, allowing me to carry them safely in my pocket. They have a guillotine cut where the blade cuts by contact instead of slicing like scissors, so leaves and thin vines can cleanly cut. The generous wrap around grip protects fingers from scrapes and scratches when cutting inside bushes and can be used to attach a lanyard. A great product which is engineered to last, for an affordable price yet again. I am always happy to buy your products with confidence. Having recently lost our old pruners in the garden somewhere, a brightly coloured grip would be a good addition.”
“Was really looking forward to getting these as I associate Hoselink with great quality. Sadly, the pruners barely cut anything after just a few uses (have only had for about 6 weeks, used about 4 times)and are now broken due to a faulty part. There is a distinct lack of quality for the price. The ratchet for cutting larger stems would be useful, but I certainly wouldn't buy another pair of these.”
