Hi Jenny, thank you for your review and feedback! Extremely sorry to hear the spring has fallen out of the secateurs. This is not a common problem with this product unless the handles are opened too far (very unlikely when in use!) We actually stock these as a spare part as you can easily pop a new one in therefore, we have organised for some to be sent out to you and you should have no further issues.
