“I bought it for newly laid buffalo lawn, which has yet to be fully established so I am yet to use it there as the sods would pull up too. I have tried it on another lawn, and found it is ok for some weeds, but not weeds that are slim and deeply rooted - better on broadleaf weeds. A friend told me he thinks that the Fiskars device is better designed because it has a serrated fixed bar. I find that Hoselink customer service is excellent, thank you.”

“This is the 2nd weed puller I have purchased. Really helps us oldies keep our yard tidy and free of weeds. Only suggestion would be to replace plastic for metal around casing above prongs. Our last one peeled away from the aluminium bar from all its hard work! The new one also seems a little shorter in the handle length? May be incorrect on that one. Best time to use is after rain when the ground gives up the weeds a little easier!”
