“Extremely disappointing. I like most of your products but this one sucks! It is very expensive and the “plastic” foot pedal housing needs to be steel or formula 1 standard carbon fibre. I will try to take a photo and try to send it in the hope that your design team can engineer a solution .If you send a replacement I will mail back the broken one so that you can see for yourself the design weakness that I encountered..”
“The quality of this product looks very good.Used it three times and the shaft bent, looking at the thinness of the bent shaft i can see lots of returns coming.Contacted hose link and a new one was sent out.I use it on buffalo grass, but now im very gental with it as i can see this replacement on will bend as well.The shaft at the bottom needs to be strengthened.Overall its a great design but needs improvement in this area mentioned above. “Quite frankly, disappointed. Following all instructions on how to use and ended up with a weed puller in 2 pieces.Bent and snapped in the front turf. Disappointing as I love all the other products I have from hose link.”

We can see a replacement has been sent out for you already therefore, hoping you should have much better luck the second time around! “So far I have owned4 of these one OT which was a warranty claim and another one given to me by relatives. There is a basic design flaw in this device. The lever(foot) cracks and breaks where it attaches to the main tube. So far this has happened three times. Having said that the device works well when not broken on flatweeds etc.”
