“The way this thing works is based on the pressure applied on the claw as you move the handle. However, the handle is made of a very malleable metal, which is bent on its first usage. This product needs to be redesigned to be more sturdy and functional.”

“We have used this tool to great effect in pulling out the many weeds that have crept into our lawn in the past few years. We are currently on our second tool, the first broke when pulling out an especially tough weed cluster. Although the original was just out of warranty they replaced it without a problem as they had never heard of the plastic base breaking before. The new one is quite nice, though I do have a preference for the older model whose handle is one piece instead of two pieces bolted together. It doesn't seem to effect the functionality of the tool, but ...........”
