“Bought this from woolworths market place for half price, and it got bent. It was replaced with another one and that got bent as well. The only good thing was the customer service, who did the replacement and then the refund without much hassle. ZERO stars for the product but 5 stars for customer assistance and service. Bought another similar product from bunnings. Working great.”

“Assembly was very easy. Simple to follow instructions. Well made tool. Easy to operate. Good height. Does as it says. Pulls roots & all. Was impressed that it even extracted "Tap Roots" in their entirety. No exertion needed. Weeds are no longer a back breaking task. Highly recommend this item.”
