“The first one we purchased had a defect in the top connector which snapped after a couple of months use. Hoselink replaced it with no problem at all within a couple of days. The top connector design seems to have been changed. It is a great tool to use especially for car cleaning.”
“One of the joiners snapped in half but when I asked to buy another joiner Hoselink gave us a complete Extendable Cleaning Brush which is great. Have not used it yet but have purchased one before and find them fantastic to use cleaning our caravan.”
“The brush itself is sturdy and the extendable handle is very useful, but the connector came undone twice while I was using it on my car and I ended up soaked (I use a Hoselink hose). I figured out it's because there's no swivel so if one has to twist and turn on various parts of the car the connector manages to unlock. I'd give 5 stars if it had a swivel connector as standard and a detergent dispenser.”
