“An excellent product. Use it for washing a motorhome without the fear of scratching the surface. Extends for hard to reach surfaces. Have used it in a bucket of water without attaching a hose and it still works well.

Both problems do sound unusual. We do take note of every product issue we have and if re-occurring problems come up then these are looked into with our product team. However, both of these problems have not been common therefore, we would like to get some further information/photos of the problems and have a look into them.
