“I have this product and brand new it was excellent. However after a few months use I became disasstifief. It leaked around the front nozzle piece to rotate to different spray positions. Thus I am unable to use all positions unless I chose to get sprayed. However, due to experience with other Hoselink products I may buy another 7 position spray to see if the problem reoccurs.”
Hi Robert, sorry to hear you had issues with your spray gun leaking from the face. We do recommend servicing the spray guns every 6-9 months as occasionally dirt can get through the hoses and cause blockages in the face. “I have the 30m retractable reel and it hasn't missed a beat, so jams, no kinks no problems. Way better than the standard on the market. I bought the spray gun expecting it would be as good, but after a year it is leaking out of the handle, the rubber ring falls off and the control flow valve doesn't work. Disappointed because I looked after it and expected it to last. I am now thinking I will buy a good quality gun elsewhere and use an adaptor.”

“I have had my Hoselink hose & reel for some years now. This product is amazing . I can not fault it! The spray gun I was using had seen some rough use so I recently replaced it with a new Premium 7-function Spray gun. As expected this is a quality product. I also purchased a new swivel fitting. This has improved the ease with which I can use my hose when watering. The hose does not kink or tangle. Great addition to your product. Thank You.”
