“Love my spray gun, finally got one that doesn't leak but I dropped the hose while watering and the fitting broke inside and the hose came off spreading water everywhere. I thought it would last longer than it did.”
Hi Jen, thanks for taking the time to leave your comments and sorry to see your swivel connection has broken. This particular fitting does have two components to allow the spray gun to rotate freely to prevent the hose from twisting behind you. For this reason, if this is dropped onto a hard surface or hits the casing when retracted too quickly, this can break unfortunately. We do have a standard Accessory Connector which is all one piece so is more robust if this would be better for you? “I have this product and brand new it was excellent. However after a few months use I became disasstifief. It leaked around the front nozzle piece to rotate to different spray positions. Thus I am unable to use all positions unless I chose to get sprayed. However, due to experience with other Hoselink products I may buy another 7 position spray to see if the problem reoccurs.”
Hi Robert, sorry to hear you had issues with your spray gun leaking from the face. We do recommend servicing the spray guns every 6-9 months as occasionally dirt can get through the hoses and cause blockages in the face.
