“I have the 30m retractable reel and it hasn't missed a beat, so jams, no kinks no problems. Way better than the standard on the market. I bought the spray gun expecting it would be as good, but after a year it is leaking out of the handle, the rubber ring falls off and the control flow valve doesn't work. Disappointed because I looked after it and expected it to last. I am now thinking I will buy a good quality gun elsewhere and use an adaptor.”

Whilst are Spray guns are serviceable and we would recommend doing so every 6-9 months roughly, it sounds as though you are having an issue that may not easily be fixed. “I have had my Hoselink hose & reel for some years now. This product is amazing . I can not fault it! The spray gun I was using had seen some rough use so I recently replaced it with a new Premium 7-function Spray gun. As expected this is a quality product. I also purchased a new swivel fitting. This has improved the ease with which I can use my hose when watering. The hose does not kink or tangle. Great addition to your product. Thank You.”

“Yes, I have hated hoses, always have done and probably always will. You know how it goes - you're all set up to hose, drag it 100 metres around all the tricky corners of your home, run back to tap, turn it on, run to the nozzle, turn it on and BOOFKA - it either bursts off at the tap (run back fit it back), or blows up in your face (why did I bother blow drying the hair today!) Or if your'e really luck you get past #1 and #2 and happily begin the hosing meditation. Give the hose a yank and snip! There's no water, there's a kink. Turn nozzle off, run back, untwist kink, back to nozzle - BOOFKA - pressurized nozzle again separates from hose, second drenching occcurs!!!! Then Mr Postman arrives with a surprise birthday gift from husband - a Hoselink Hose (yes, he's super romantic!!!!) Can't think this one will be any different from any others. Prove me wrong says husband! OMG. Love Love Love. Cannot believe this wonderful thing, cannot believe I've had it three or four years now and not one complaint. I love my hose! Living close to the sea it hasn't rusted, it hasn't broken, it doesn't kink, nothing separates from anything, the spring on the return hasn't broken, it hasn't fallen off the wall. i love my hose! We love our hose! Thank you Hoselink!!!”
