“The item, a 30 m hose reel, is very good, however, there were problems when attaching the bracket to the wall. The plastic plugs were not good enough for the weight of the reel and when I pulled the reel to water plants the bracket began to come off the wall. My handyman/gardener told me he has had this problem before when attaching other hose reels. The problem is that in many modern homes the bricks are hollow in places (cheaper and lighter?) and so when drilling into this type of brick the drill bit will hit the hollow part of the brick and so the plug cannot attach. My handymn/gardener bought eight metal dynabolts and used those to re-attach the two brackets which I bought from you for my 30m retractable hose reel, and this did the trick. You may like to consider this when selling this item in future. Other than that, I am very happy with the hose reel, it has exceeded my expectations, even my gardener/handyman has said that I've bought the best there is. I hope you will accept this suggestion in the spirit intended. Thanks so much for the wonderful hose reel.”
