“Thank you for honouring the product and supplying a replacement. The fitting is great however, when wishing to connect them to original garden lines we encountered a leak problem which has been successful now with modification. We have looked at all the products and cannot find a fitting which could be attached to help where the connector is not quite the right size to connect to conventional fittings and the cost to redo all the gardens would be quite extensive let alone intensive. Many thanks overall we are quite happy but worth mentioning the problem.”
