“Order the hose reel and waited a week and no show went to post office sit in a storage shed so where rang hoselink and got it was an order stuff up and got of we are sorry sending it so still waiting not good in my part as still waiting to we see what it like but not impressed with the delay not even a discount offer if I wanted to order something else from the company”

“Very happy with the mechanism, I have 4 hoselink hoses and on the first three their outer casing has not aged as well as I would have expected. Hopefully the Evolve will do better. I'm a little concerned that the fixing screws have been downgraded to a smaller philips head screw from the more robust hex head bolt (for brick installation). I used the bolts (and plastic sheeths) from a previous hose to install my new Evolve, so it should be fine.”
