Accessories supplied work well, other connections look & feel expensive”

“Hoselink Evolve is easy to use, easy to control water outlets, it Winds up easily after use. If I had the money I would replace all of my other Holman Reels immediately.”
“Had it two months and water started bursting out the side. Customer service said it was a known fault with that batch. They did replace it but there should have been a recall. I had to ship the old one back via AusPost which was not ideal because it was pretty heavy.”

“I purchased a hosereel in Feb 2012 and it has been used extensively in Brisbane, then the UK for 5 years and then back in Brisbane. The hose itself is fine but the retracting mechanism started to fail. Not bad after 13 years outside in some pretty harsh weather. Bought the new 30m retractable hose and it was so easy to install, took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Mechanism works so smoothly, hose might just be a bit more than 30m and never kinks. Love it and the fittings are a brilliant design.”
“The product seems fine although when trying to retract at its full 30 mtr it just keeps stopping, the old style didn't do that and it is always in a straight line when retracting. One other problem is the centre part of the spray gun is very weak and pretty useless when trying to clean anything.”
