“Our experience with Evolve Retractable Hose Reel is not good. Although Hoselink has excellect customer service for replacing defective products. We have 2 other Classic type and these are excellent. So based on our experience I would recommend the Classic over the Evolve.”

A new one was sent, free of charge along with, a paid return postage label for the failed one so they could pull it apart and find out the problem.

I also had the wall bracket break on day one, but customer service was exceptional and a new one was mailed out to me the same day at no cost (along with additional thicker wall plugs). This reel is a replacement for a cheaper, nastier brand I bought at Bunnings and I wish I had bought this in the first place.”
