“I haven’t used either product yet however the wrong colour hose was sent & when I emailed regarding how it was handle the customer service representative was abrupt & made an assumption concerning my inconvenience without any idea of my personal circumstances. Then feedback link ‘expired.’ I’m sure the products will live up to their great reputation.”
