“Lovely solar light - very pleased with it. However, it is a bit touchy as in it doesn't always stay on. Been trying to see if the wires need to be straight etc. Will persevere and contact Hose link if it doesn't work.”
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your crackle lantern. The best thing to do is try resetting it by holding down the button on the underside of the lid for 15-20 seconds, then leaving it in full sun for 6-8 hours.
