“I received one as a free gift but sadly it arrived completely smashed. Hoselink kindly sent a replacement but that was broken on arrival too - we decided to give up seeing as it was a gift with purchase. On the positive side, I'm sure it would have been lovely if intact and I'm using the lights separately in a tree in my garden - they work really well so I'm sure they would also look great in this item if it weren't broken. I feel bad for Hoselink as it was likely broken by the delivery service.The item was only wrapped in stiff padded plastic and a box so maybe a bit more cardboard would do the trick.”

“Now that the hose has been in the sun for a short time I can easily hang it up. I love that it doesn't kink and the fittings don't leak a drop of water.As I bought the 30m hose it goes from one side of my property right to the other side with ease.”
