“These lights are very good quality and look great.However they could use an extension cord from the solar panel to lights.Just wondering if Hoselink plan on adding this to product?”
“HiHey guys and girls, I wanted to provide feedback on a couple of items I purchased over the last few months and unfortunately they haven’t been good from my end.Firstly the party lights, after charging the battery overnight, the green charge light said it was full, no working of lights, much checking, screwing in of lamps to make sure they were all tight, trying various switch settings, i put on my trades hat and got my multimeter out and did some electrical testing. 4.3volts out of a fully charged battery pack, I checked bulb voltage, they require 5 volts, I tried charging it again and still not working. Faulty.Next was the 30 metre hose reel kit, it was fitted to the wall as per instructions, from day 1 it never retracted properly, the reel guide kept bundling it up to the right hand side and binding the hose up leaving a fair bit of hose coiled on the ground and not retracting. Sometimes it retracts but generally not. The plastics appear to be of poor quality, the screw connection on the hose to connector at the handpiece broke on the second use, the hose continually kinks with water pressure or not.I Bought the story of the Australian family having a go and I always buy quality preferably Aussie produced goods where possible and Im happy to pay for quality but sadly this appears to be getting overlooked for profit with the products I have purchased from your company. Sadly to many companys are going down this path at detrement to the Aussie consumer.I would really like a refund on both products and i’m happy to pay return shipping but I do not want replacements.Kind regardsBrett Dacey”
