“I have been using extensions for many years now and the last bundles of hair that I bought from hotheads literally fell apart in my head.
My stylist and I contacted hot heads to be told that because I didn’t use the hair right away when I purchased it that it was not within the window of a return. We sent pictures of the defective hair and yet not even any type of compensation for the $500 that I spent on this product. I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend this company.”
