“For a little over a year now, I've noticed that about 40% (ish) of the Alto pods I buy are "duds." You get a few pulls off of them and then they die. I've tried replacing the sticks with no improvement, so it's definitely the pods. For how expensive they are, Vuse really needs to address this issue (I've contacted them to no response).”
“There appears to be a problem with the pods being sold. The last couple purchases (including this shipment) contained multiple pods that did not work. It is very disappointing to receive this product and have it nonfunctional. The pods that work have been satisfactory.”
