“The only reason I did mot five a 5 star is that there is a number of pods that do not work at all wgen they are brand new. Out of the last 3 orders, I have 10 pods that are completely full, fresh out of the pack that do not function.”
“The pods are sometimes so burnt tasting it is gross. Other times they are wonderful just great. The time it takes between your order and delivery is long way to long. A couple of times it was good but I order a lot and generally the while order processing and shipping time are really bad. Unfortunately thus is the only place to order from. If there was competition I'm sure they would always have great pods non burnt flavor and better delivery but since there isn't much competition this is what you get.”

“Parley the pods are burnt testing I do not like that. They cost way to much to throw out but you have to because they taste so bad. Please go back to original way of making them. They were light colored and did not taste burnt”
