“I’ve been having pods that don’t work or quit working not long after I started using them. In the past I’ve thrown away the pods that were defective but I kept the last 3 that quit working. Can I be reimbursed for those. I’m throwing money away.”
“I still have not received my order of Alto Vuse tobacco pods. they attempted delivery 04-09 or 04-10. I was out of town and could not sign for them. Since then I've tried contacting the delivery company. No answer, bad phone #. I've tried getting in touch with they help desk and was told that address didnt' exist. called the driver and was told he would look into it. Nothing's happened since last week. Need some dependability here or I need my money back asap.
