“Although I like the product, I do have an issue with the fact that I oftentimes lose the cartridge because they easily detach from the power unit no matter how securely you try to put them on♀️!!! Improvement is needed to the design of the unit & cartridge to resolve this issue☝! The original Vuse cartridge/unit design was much better because you had to actually screw the cartridge onto the unit, instead of just attaching it on, which led to a better and tighter fit and the cartridge wouldn’t so easily come off!!! Also, I recently received a “defective” menthol cartridge that would not work with any of the units that I had…….even a brand new one that I took out of the box! How can I get a reimbursement?”

“I usually buy 50 cartridges a month, shipping is great a week to the west coast. There is about 3-4 cartridges that are bad, won't work on several different batteries.
I call and I get a credit for the bad cartridges or bad battery. Thanks”
