“I ordered on 6/7/24 before noon and received on 6/14/24 at 2:47 pm. I never receive a tracking number after I order and always have to call customer service to get one, but was unable to reach anyone at customer support until after sending an email and then got a tracking number. I have ordered many times before but have never had this much difficulty. I receive all their other text messages so I don’t understand why I don’t get a text with the tracking number and it has never taken me this long to get my order. The woman who contacted me from customer support was very helpful and I appreciate her.”
