“I’m an occasional runner/cyclist/hiker and collect watches. This appealed to me as if seen the earlier Fenix models and felt they bridged the gap between being a ‘nice watch’ as well as a functional smart watch and sport tracker. Since I took delivery of this watch I haven’t been disappointed. It’s got functionality in spades and is easy to use, it looks great and I’ve had plenty of compliments on it. My previous smart watch was a TomTom Spark which while not having anything like the functionality of my Fenix 6 Pro was still very good. The Fenix 6 Pro however is entirely more aesthetically pleasing and has better battery life and so much more functionality. Before I made the purchase I did some research and noted concerns around the weight and bulk of the watch. I considered the smaller Fenix 6s model as I am not a big guy and yet the watch looks great and I haven’t even slightly noticed any weight issues. If you like your outdoor sorts and decent watches then don’t hesitate - get one of these. I should also note that HS Johnson has a great price for the watch and delivery was prompt. I would order from them again.”
“There is a lot to like about this watch. The display is bright and clear and the feature set is extraordinary. However, the wrist based HR monitor is so inaccurate when exercising as to be almost useless. I have given up using now and wear a chest strap for all exercise. All wrist based HR monitors can be suspect but the one on my Fenix 5 was much better.”
