Once I lost track of time on the fourth attempt to enjoy it and it continued to not funtion appropriatly (I read the instructions. I watched tutorials. I'm not new to devices whatsoever.) Maybe the Verb I just recieved a defective?”
“My review is more about the LACK of customer service. Although I am having problems with my new vaporizer. I have sent two emails (through their own contact page) and still have not heard from anyone. It has been 3 weeks since I sent the first email, 2 weeks since the second. They do not post a phone number or any way to speak to a person or even a robot. So, if you get a lemon from them, just make the damn lemonade because they won't help you and make it right.”

“The functionality is fine, and I find that when I use it I don't cough because my bud isn't burning. However, the battery life is extremely low because it utilizes so much energy to heat it up. I find I have to charge it pretty much each use. Due to this, I really don't use it as much becaue it's not convenient. Nice product, but not one I would repurchase.”
