“A good review about the great features of the Verb means nothing if you can NOT charge the unit. Of the thousands of times I have plugged in different devices to charge using an USB cable, NEVER have I had a device with such a poor connection.
No USB connector will fully insert into the charging port of the Verb including the connector on the ridiculously short USB cable shipped with the unit. I have not had the Verb long but now I have to wedge the connector against something to get it to charge, maybe I should try a rubber band to hold the connection tight.
I would not recommend the Verb.”
