I'm seeing replies to all of your emails on my end. An incorrect address was entered at checkout initially and you sent us an updated address after it had already shipped. “The main reason I give such low marks is because it took me about 6 month to finally get a new mouthpiece (so I bought 2) reason being every time I got the e-mail that they were back in stock..I would click on that link and they would be out already,,,supply and demand..you know..and the mouthpiece breaks very easy..don't drop it!..”
