Shoe rack is perfect for more than just shoes. It is nice to have a place to throw items in that you don't necessarily want inside of your tent, but are easily accessible as you are going down the ladder. I really appreciate how the front panel can zip down and protect your items in inclement weather.

I love my shoe rack 3.0!!!! I just wish the bottom strap wasn’t Velcro and had zippers on all three sides. Other than that it does its job! Shoes are dry and it’s nice having them as soon as you get out of your tent. No mess in the tent!

Love my special edition Skycamp 3.0! Looks amazing and love the limited edition aspect. Exceptional build quality and materials. That being said, my only issues lie with the mattress and rack mounting options. The mattress isn’t bad, but after my first trip I’m already looking for upgrades. Just not enough comfort and with the cost of the tent I’d expect a bit more of a premium mattress. It’s basically a piece of foam. Rack mounting could be better and ikamper should provide additional options for mounting solutions. With the popularity of the Rhino Rack Pioneer platform I’d expect a better solution. With the skycamp 3.0 I was told I had to buy the crossbars for the platform in-order to attach my tent. So add that additional expense to the setup. This crossbar addition added to the height of my overall set up that I’m not particularly a fan of. Doing quite a bit of research I was under the impression that the tent would sit flat on my platform, apparently that’s not the case. Now I have the platform, the cross bars AND the built in tent crossbars and it just seems unnecessary while adding about 2” of additional height to my setup. I was really looking forward to a streamlined low profile set up and that’s not what I needed up with. Overall, fantastic tent and I will/do recommend it to everyone who asks. I hope ikamper develops different mounting solutions in the future for current tents and future tents. I’d absolutely LOVE to lose those additional 2” of height that I don’t need or want.
