“The rain canopy is completely useless because it does not attach to my Skycamp 3.0. The zipper is the wrong size and does not connect with the zipper on the tent. To make matters even worse, I submitted a support request for this problem two weeks ago and have not received a response from iKamper. I have attached a video showing one of our many attempts to zip the rain canopy onto the ten.”
