It sounds like you might have one of our original Kickstarter tents that was not set up to have side canopy windows with tension rods. The good news is that we are able to help you retrofit on the side canopy poles and receivers if you reach out to our awesome customer service team at support@ikamper.com. We want to make sure you have a great experience and would love to help set you up with side windows that canopy out on your new conversion kit.
