“My son and I spent 4 nights in the new X-Cover 2.0 and it was a real pleasure. Very quick and easy to deploy and the 360 degree views were amazing. It rained all night the first night and no leaks or condensation issues. The matress was fine, but i might look at upgrading at some point.”

I was a bit concernced about the weight but it was a breeze to lift on top of the 4Runner (had 4 people), could have easily done it with 2 of us. “Love this tent, plenty of room for my family of 3 and small dog. 2 large down quilts, 3 pillows, and the ladder all store inside with room to spare. The skirt system is genius, it should make any standard soft shell design obsolete. I got a small tear in the rainfly pole sleeve, and one of my RTT comfort mattresses had issues holding air, but the customer service has been fantastic - shipped out replacements within 24 hours of reporting the issues.
