We took our Skycamp 3.0 Mini out for a test run in Big Bend National Park and Guadalupe National Park and it did not disappoint! Set-up and take-down is a breeze. So much so, that we hopped from site-to-site and had so much time to explore the Backcountry! I will say though, you will want to buy the extra inflatable mattress pad for the RTT - spending 7 nights just sleeping on the tiny pad that comes with the Skycamp Mini is not feasable. We are both side sleepers and ended up with some bruises on our bony parts. All-in-all, I would totally make my purchase again!!!

So far, I have only completed the installation process. The packaging, engineering, video, and ease of installation were exactly as advertised. I'm still awaiting the arrival of a few accessories so that I can test the tent this winter. Thanks for making step 1 easy!

I recently received my 3.0 mini and have 5 nights spent in it. It’s been in rain wind and below freezing weather. The quality of the design and materials is worth every penny. No leaks and barely any condensation. I love how easy it is to put away and deploy. I upgraded to the RTT comfort mattress and also have the HC steps. Both are great and improved my comfort. The insulation kit is also a much appreciated addition during our chilly temperatures in the PNW. The separate awning that I also purchased helps to prevent the HC steps from getting wet. If you want the best rooftop camping experience, look no further. I also recommend Valiant Trailer’s propane tent heater kit to accompany your setup.

First RTT for us. Just an all-around pleasure. Lindsey Lake was our first use. Couldn't be happier.

Loving my Skycamp 3.0 mini (Rocky black Shell) for so many reasons! = Easy to setup and put away by myself (a 60 year old woman weighing 1230 pounds), comfortable, cozy, and dark for sleeping, nice and breezy with views for hanging out, sturdy construction for ease of mind as a full-time nomad on the road, and good looking to boot :-). While there are other choices out there, I did the research and think this roof-too-tent is one of the best out there.

Great addition to my 2017 Tacoma. It fits the 5.5 foot short bed perfectly. My two sons have and I have had it out several times already and it's perfect for our adventures. I love the blacked out windows and walls! It's the first time sleeping in tent that I've overslept into the daylight hours!
