“I really like the rack, it is different than anything else. The rack seems solid. I assembled this on the truck rather than to assemble and then place on truck but instructions were straight forward. Assembled by myself in just a couple of hours. Assembly was easy and I only came up short one bolt.
Item arrived shipped on a nice pallet and strapped into place with no signs of damage. There were some scratches on the powder coat finish from parts rubbing inside the box.
Unfortunately, customer service was very poor when I contacted about the scratches that occured during shipment. Took 2 attempts to reach them via email. They could not provide a brand or color to match paint to fix scratches. If this is their solution, they should be able to provide more information other than "get a can of black spray paint."
The rack I rate a 5, the support a 2.5 at best.”
