We strive to make sure each of our customers is completely happy with their order and make sure to always answer questions and concerns promptly. We're always open to receiving constructive criticism like this to enable us to make changes where necessary. Although we are called "The Minifigure Store" we do sell nearly 4000 different LEGO items ranging from Minifigures to set and even teddies. The product description does state a random selection however I do understand that this could maybe be made slightly clearer.
