Unfortunately the device stopped working last night in the middle of the night. I am trying very hard to get my diabetes under control because I am currently with Kidney disease because my levels have been so bad. I was disappointed that it didn’t last very long, and I understand that it is a refurbished device. But also was hoping that the device would have lasted longer than a few days.

We offer a 90 day warranty on our transmitters so we would be happy to assist with the problem and if the transmitter has failed, provide a replacement.
