“I have used the gel in the past but found it hard to control the amount that came out of the tube, and just generally messy when applying, The Goodnight Lotion, however, was just perfect! The pump-action means that you only get a small amount at a time so no need to worry about spills and the cream just feels so much nicer on your skin. I would apply a little to my feet before going to bed, as well as to any muscles that felt particularly sore or tight. (I would also do the latter during the day sometimes, which I found helpful.)
