“I have very sensitive skin which is prone to dryness and rashes. Whilst I eat several servings of oily fish each week, and that has improved my skin substantially, there remains significant room for improvement. I am unable to supplement with various omega oils, so use frozen fish eggs (bottarga) instead. A 1/4 tsp of bottarga each day keeps my skin supple, moisturised and rash free.
