“They are powder sachets easy to pop into food or a drink if your little 1 is a fussy 1 like mine. I’m sure it tastes just as good on its own in water. They also have added omega 3 and vitamin D and the 7 strains of bacteria. So far so good I’ve stocked up for my son and daughter 5 and 3”
