Hi Cathie, unfortunately, the convenience of capsules comes with a high price tag! The cost of importation on a bottle of capsules is the same as for the liquid, so servings per bottle don't play much of a role in determining the retail price. The regular serving size is 2 - 4 caps which is 1 - 2mls equivalent to the liquid. This will provide a 30-day or 14-day supply for one bottle. We are eagerly awaiting our next shipment of skate liquid which has been slightly delayed. My apologies for the wait!
