“As pure and natural as salt can get. Looks and feels a bit like damp sand, which is a testament to its purity. Tastes amazing. A little goes a long way.”
“Salt of the Earth Fine Celtic Sea Salt is great! I usually buy the Course version so I can grind it to suit our cooking needs but we are enjoying the Fine version as a change. We are using the salt in a salt cellar dish and find it needs extra texturing to separate the granules for an even application which I think is due to its moisture content (which is good and how you know it's real sea salt!!). The flavour is perfectly saltly and its always stocked in our house.”
