Super nourishing little addition to my curries stews etc. has been awesome nutrients while I was pregnant now breastfeeding.

I use this liver powder all the time in my red meat dishes such as casseroles and mince. I add 2 tspns to every 500 gms of meat. No-one can taste it!

I have an autoimmune disease, and organ meats are an important part of the protocol I follow to maintain my health, but where I live makes these difficult to source. Also, when I am able to get good quality organ meats, I find it difficult to eat much as it is so rich. Thankfully Nourished’s Liver Powder is easily accessible and simple to include in my diet. I include some in my green smoothie each morning and can’t really taste that it is in there, plus I often add a spoonful into my evening meals as well.

This liver powder makes it so easy to get extra nutrients into our day, we can easily add to meals. And we love Thankfully Nourished's philosophy on where they source their foods from.
