“I love this stuff. Just bought my second bottle. I use it with low GI cane sugar. Add 2 full droppers of this concentrate and I can halve the amount of sugar I use in muffins and cakes. There is no bitter aftertaste as with some other sorts of natural ultra sweeteners. It is not so good in biscuits if you want them crunchy, but otherwise has been fab for all my baking. I love that it is not mixed with erythritol as it is so hard to find monk fruit without it in stores.”
