“Beautiful Dinnerware and Excellent Customer Service. I ordered the sets of 4 - the dinner plates, the salad plates, the bread plates, the pasta bowls, the soup bowls, and the mugs. All are artisan creations - very beautiful. One of the soup bowls was broken and quickly replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.”
“I ordered 4 of these coffee mugs, as it was advertised as 14 ounces. Upon arrival, the mugs are as beautiful as pictured. However, the low rating is due to the mug being able to hold 14 ounces. The mug can comfortably handle 10 ounces maximum. The 14 ounces is fluid filled to the very top, leaving no room for cream, sugar or anything one would enjoy with coffee or tea. It was such a huge disappointment because the mugs are beautiful.”
