“It took a couple of goes to get used to it and now I do 3 x 10 minutes per day. Great for someone like me with dodgy knees, makes a change from just walking and easy to fit into your day. It’s quite fun, I can’t manage a regular hoopla hoop so feels satisfying! I love it!”
“When I get the hang of it ( getting there) it will be good for my fitness.. setting my self a challenge to keep hoop turning a bit longer at each attempt. You need plenty of space to keep the weight turning..recommend outside use only.. unless you have large space indoors”
