“Very boring, very repetitive. Lots of strange irritating noises. Very poor images, could notell what the woman was doing. The speech was not only 'droning' but very irritating to listen to. Not sure who makes these, but they need some training themselves. Make funny, and make it relevant. A training session that people look forward to doing. Who cares if a certain percentage of people are lost by bad customer service, it is more important that you do not lose any customers. Very poor presentation skills.”
